About me
I’ve spent most of my life working with my hands—first as a hair colorist for over 30 years, and now as a massage therapist. Both careers have been about transformation, but massage gave me something I didn’t even know I needed: a deeper kind of connection, both with others and with myself.
After years of working with hair color and being around harsh products every day, I started having health issues that made me rethink everything. Switching to massage changed more than just my work. It changed how I felt in my own body. And that shift has shaped how I care for others too.
I’ve been practicing massage for over a decade now. My sessions are slow, intuitive, and focused. I draw from deep tissue, myofascial release, Thai-inspired work, and Lomi-style flow. Whether it’s deep, specific work or space to reset and regulate, I aim to meet people where they are.
I make all my own body butters and custom oil blends using simple, skin-friendly ingredients. Each one is crafted with care and intention to support the work and feel good on your skin.
I also use a supportive body cushion system that makes lying face-down more comfortable for hips, bellies, and chests of all sizes because comfort matters.
Outside the treatment room, you’ll usually find me with my dog, knitting something, or working on a quiet creative project. I believe in slow healing, deep listening, and offering bodywork that feels real, respectful, and genuinely supportive.
